The Standing Committee of Vinh Yen City Party Committee held a regular meeting in March to discuss and give opinions on a number of contents according to the Work Program and Working Regulations. Comrade Nguyen Trung Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee chaired the Conference.

The conference listened to and commented on the report on the results of 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 12 -NQ/TU , dated March 12, 2020 of the Provincial Party Committee on improving income and welfare of Vinh Phuc people by 2025, with a vision to 2030; Results of implementing the Project on general inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations, units, and infrastructure assets invested by the State under the management of the city; Results of thematic supervision on the implementation of projects and works invested by the city and communes and wards.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Trung Hai requested the advisory agency to absorb additional comments to complete the reports. Regarding the implementation of Resolution No. 12 -NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, it is necessary to closely follow the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in the Resolution to comprehensively evaluate the implementation results; clarify the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Resolution by the City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, the results of implementing the Resolution's targets; mechanisms and policies in implementing the city's socio-economic development tasks to improve people's income and welfare... The Secretary of the City Party Committee requested the City People's Committee and communes and wards to focus on accelerating the progress of project implementation.

Including immediate solutions to overcome the shortcomings pointed out in the monitoring results report related to leadership and direction; payment and settlement of projects and works, including projects and works completed, handed over and put into use before December 31, 2024 as well as projects and works expected to start construction in 2025; projects completing investment procedures; projects that have stopped implementation.
