The Hanoi Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue requested the two districts of Soc Son and Dong Anh to strictly implement regulations when the flood warning on the Ca Lo River is withdrawn.

Previously, based on the water level of the Cau River, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Control and Search and Rescue of Hanoi City issued Order No. 81/L-BCH to withdraw the level II flood alert on the Cau River in the riverside communes of Soc Son district.
