Thanks to that, the commune's tea products have an increasingly solid position in the market. The commune's poverty reduction program has also achieved many positive results. According to statistics, the rate of poor and near-poor households has decreased by an average of 5.86% per year, exceeding the target set by the Congress Resolution (4% per year). Along with that, the number of well-off and rich households has increased, contributing to improving people's lives.

In Xuan Minh commune, Minh Quang Tea Cooperative is one of the prestigious cooperatives in the field of production and supply of high-quality tea products such as: White tea line (Green White Tea, Peony White Tea, Forest White Tea); Green tea line (Shan Tea Specialty, Xuan Minh Tea); Red tea line (Shan Red Tea); Sun-dried tea line in the form of Pu'er raw materials (1 bud 1 leaf, 1 bud 2 leaves, 1 bud 2,3 leaves, in Ha Giang)... All products of the cooperative are produced in a chain, ensuring the quality of organic clean tea, packaged at the factory meeting HACCP standards, with clear origin and labels, products are displayed and introduced at many events and large fairs inside and outside the province and have high consumption, are known by many people, affirming the brand of ancient Shan Tuyet tea in Ha Giang.
After 4 years of operation with an initial capital of 1 billion VND, the capital has now increased to 3.5 billion VND, the average income of cooperative members reaches 6 to 7 million VND/month. In addition, the cooperative has also mobilized many more associated members, motivating people to have a production and business mindset towards goods, have a safe consumption channel, and feel secure in production.
With a rural economic development strategy focusing on tea trees, along with effective poverty reduction programs, Xuan Minh is creating more jobs and laying a solid foundation for sustainable development. The close connection between the support policy of the Commune People's Committee and the self-reliance spirit of the people has turned tea trees into a source of pride as well as a driving force for the local socio-economic development.
