“Legal Mirror” 2023 will honor 50 outstanding individuals

Continuing the success and significance of the 2021 Law Model Voting and Honoring Program, this year, Vietnam Law Newspaper continues to launch the Voting and Honoring Program for outstanding individuals in law making and implementation (2nd time).

The selection and honoring of outstanding individuals in the development and enforcement of laws also aims to diversify the forms of legal propaganda, dissemination and education; improve the effectiveness of legal propaganda by honoring outstanding individuals and typical figures in law enforcement, spreading the spirit of respect for the law, living and working according to the Constitution and the law.

To date, 150 characters have been selected and published in the publications of the Vietnam Law Newspaper. The characters are diverse in terms of work fields, ages, positions, representing 63 provinces, cities and ministries and branches.

It is expected that the Council will select 50 outstanding examples representing various fields, ministries, branches and localities to be honored on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day this year.

At the first meeting of the Council for the 2023 "Legal Exemplar" Voting Program, Council members enthusiastically contributed valuable ideas to further improve the implementation of the Program.

Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Law Newspaper Vu Hoai Nam said that the Organizing Committee and the Voting Council will vote and honor according to the set criteria. In particular, along with voting and honoring the role models at the Ceremony, Vietnam Law Newspaper will publish a yearbook of the role models that have been published in the Newspaper, in order to spread good and meaningful deeds in society.

The 2023 Law Mirror Honoring Ceremony will be held in Hanoi on the occasion of Vietnam Law Day, November 9, contributing to spreading and arousing the spirit, raising awareness of respecting and following the Constitution and laws of officials and people.
