The Provincial Police Department has just issued a Plan on building typical communes, wards, towns, agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions in the movement of All People Protecting National Security (TDBVANTQ) in 2025.

Accordingly, in 2025, the province will continue to maintain and preserve 17 typical units of the movement for national defense and security; build 19 typical units of the movement for national defense and security (12 units of communes, wards, towns and 7 agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions). Of which, An Phuc commune (Dong Hai district), Ward 5 (Bac Lieu city), Bac Lieu College of Economics and Technology, Pinetree LLC will be selected to register with the Ministry of Public Security.
The Provincial Police's plan also sets out key tasks and assigns specific tasks to units of the Force Building, Security; Police; Commune, Ward and Town Police. Assigns tasks to implement 34 specific criteria for building communes, wards and towns; 14 criteria for building typical agencies, enterprises and educational institutions in the movement of TDBVANTQ.
