Dienbien.gov.vn - On the morning of March 23, Inspection Team No. 1911 of the Politburo and the Secretariat, led by comrade Le Hoai Trung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, had a working session with Dien Bien province to approve the Draft Report on the results of the inspection of the Team on the Standing Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee. Working with the Inspection Team on the side of Dien Bien province were comrades: Tran Quoc Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mua A Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Lo Van Phuong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

According to the draft report, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has seriously complied with and directed relevant Party organizations and units to coordinate with the Inspection Team to prepare and provide reports and documents as requested by the Team; promptly adjust and supplement information, reports, and clarify issues pointed out by the Team during the inspection process. Seriously organize the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; effectively implement Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong agreed with the contents of the Draft Inspection Results Report and the assessments and comments of the Inspection Team. At the same time, he clarified some shortcomings and limitations related to the economic growth scenario; the implementation of Resolution No. 57... Based on the inspection results report, the province will seriously absorb, organize experience, develop plans to direct and organize the implementation to achieve the set goals and overcome the shortcomings and limitations, and propose appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the Resolutions, Directives and Conclusions of the Central Committee in the coming time. Proposing at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary recommended that the Politburo and the Secretariat pay attention to and prioritize resources for investment in key transport infrastructure projects, especially the Son La - Dien Bien - Tay Trang Border Gate Expressway project, phase 1. In addition, it is necessary to promptly issue specific policies, prioritize resources for investment in developing infrastructure at border gates, especially urgently upgrading the A Pa Chai - Long Phu opening into a bilateral border gate to promote economic development of border gates for localities with neighboring provinces.
