Surveying the Ho Chi Minh City market for the past 10 days, plums (sourced from the Northern provinces, mainly Son La) are sold in large quantities and prices are continuously decreasing. Currently, plum prices in the markets are only about 20,000 - 30,000 VND/kg, down more than 50% compared to the beginning of the season.
Right at Co.opmart Nguyen Dinh Chieu supermarket (District 3), the price of plum is only 29,900 VND/kg, applied from May 24 to June 1 while the original price is up to 70,900 VND/kg, so it attracts quite a lot of buyers.

This price is down about 10,000 VND/kg compared to the same time last month. The price of red-fleshed jackfruit has decreased because in the Eastern and Western regions of our country, households have planted more massively, so the number of jackfruit harvested is also greater than in previous years.
Another farmer in Dong Nai said they also planted 200 red-fleshed jackfruit trees that have been harvested. Every day, they cut about a few hundred kilograms of jackfruit to sell to traders.
At this time, their garden does not have much left, only a few fruits left in the garden, probably all harvested this month. Jackfruit prices are much lower than last month. At the end of last month, they were still selling 40,000 - 50,000 VND/kg of grade 1 jackfruit, but this month they only sell 28,000 VND/kg.
