Petrolimex improves skills and knowledge for store managers

Vietnam National Petroleum Group has just organized the first course - Petrolimex store manager training program in 2025.

The first course of 2025 has 35 students who are current store managers and employees who are in the planning for the position of store manager from 22 member enterprises of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group.

- Petrolimex in the Northern region: Region I, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, B12, Hung Yen, Region III, Ha Son Binh, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Bac Thai, Phu Tho, Ha Nam Ninh, Ha Nam, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, PTC. The course lasts for 5 days, starting from February 17, 2025 to February 21, 2025.

According to In the framework of the 2025 store manager training program, the Group will organize 27 training courses for 940 students with essential contents:

Leadership and management thinking, improving management capacity for students, in line with the development orientation of the Group and social requirements.

Supplementing necessary knowledge, methods and skills for students, suitable for the organization and management requirements of the Group's and units' stores and suitable for practical requirements.

Create an environment for students to share knowledge, skills, and experience in organizing, managing, and operating gas stations under different practical conditions.

Help students better understand and promptly adapt to: State policies and guidelines; market changes; development orientation of the Group (focus on retail, exploiting added value in the retail system). Pioneering policies of the Group (cashless payment program, nationwide sales program, automatic payment solutions...).

Create motivation and encourage students to be more committed and responsible to their work and profession, contributing to the development of Petrolimex Group.

According to Petrolimex Deputy General Director Nguyen Ngoc Tu, the context of 2025 continues to face new opportunities and challenges. In that context, the task of each employee is not only to sell products but also to strongly promote the role of brand ambassador, directly contributing to building and protecting the image and reputation of the Group. Store managers and comrades who are planned to hold the position of store manager are the pioneers in improving service quality, creating a professional, modern and customer-friendly business environment.
