The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued a plan to organize the Prime Minister's Meeting and Dialogue with Youth Program in 2025. This is one of the contents to implement Article 10 of the Youth Law and Decree No. 13 (2021) of the Government regulating dialogue with youth, mechanisms, policies and measures to implement policies for youth from 16 to under 18 years old.

The dialogue program aims to propagate and widely disseminate to young people the Party and State's policies and guidelines on science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation; promote the role and responsibility of young people in the cause of developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. This is also an opportunity for the Prime Minister to meet and honor 10 outstanding young Vietnamese faces and promising young Vietnamese faces in 2024.
The meeting and dialogue program will take place in a direct form, with main contents such as: current policies of the State on science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation; mechanisms, policies and resources of the State in supporting and promoting the role and responsibility of youth in developing science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
This is also an opportunity to honor the participation and contributions of outstanding young people in socio-economic development, building and defending the Fatherland. The program is an opportunity for union members and young people to make recommendations, proposals and solutions to issues of concern to young people.
Delegates attending the program are expected to include leaders of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and relevant agencies at the Central level...
The program will have about 300 outstanding youth delegates from the following groups: civil servants, public employees; armed forces; young entrepreneurs; workers; students; rural and urban youth; ethnic minority youth; religious youth; and disabled youth.
