Novaland Group announced that it has begun handing over pink books for the group's 1,200 apartment and low-rise housing projects in Ho Chi Minh City that are eligible for pink books in 2024. According to information from Novaland , in early June 2024, the Group began handing over certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land (pink books) to residents of the low-rise area of ​​the Victoria Village Project (Thu Duc City). This is the first handover of pink books among nearly 1,200 apartments and low-rise houses in Novaland Group's central real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City that are eligible for pink books in 2024.

As a long-time investor with Novaland, resident Le Thi Thanh Hang said she was very happy to receive the pink books for two villas at Victoria Village. Ms. Hang said: "Although it is later than the original schedule of March 2024, I understand that Novaland has made a lot of efforts to fulfill its commitment to investors, so that we can receive the pink books today." Ms. Hang added that in addition to receiving the pink books at Victoria Village, her family has just received 3 villas at NovaWorld Phan Thiet and is planning to construct the interior to return to the resort and exploit for rent to welcome the wave of tourism that is growing strongly in Binh Thuan. After Victoria Village, from July 2024, Novaland plans to continue to hand over more than 1,000 pink books for the Sunrise Riverside Project (District 7, Ho Chi Minh City). In addition, towers G6 and E2 at this project are expected to hand over houses to residents in the third quarter of 2024. In addition, about 3,000 apartments of The Sun Avenue project (Thu Duc City) and 178 low-rise houses of Palm City project (Thu Duc City) are also completing paperwork to apply for approval to be eligible for pink books in the near future.

Other central projects of Novaland are still maintaining the construction pace.

In addition to completing the procedures for granting pink books for handed-over projects, Novaland also focuses resources on completing and handing over houses to customers at the projects the group is implementing. Specifically, in 2024, Novaland aims to hand over more than 2,500 townhouses, villas, apartments, 24/7 office lots... at the project clusters of NovaWorld Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan), NovaWorld Ho Tram (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), Aqua City (Dong Nai), Sunrise Riverside (South Saigon), Palm City (Thu Duc City). At the same time, Novaland Group also coordinates with competent authorities to continue to accelerate legal completion steps, strengthen activities at real estate projects.
