Preferential loans for households with average living standards of up to 100 million VND/household using local capital

Households do not have to mortgage assets and are exempted from loan application fees. However, they must be members of a savings and loan group, be reviewed by the savings and loan group, and have a list of loan applications approved by the People's Committee of the commune where they reside; the head of household or an authorized representative of the household members is the representative of the household with full civil capacity according to the regulations for transactions with the lender (loan through the household, household members are jointly responsible for the loan amount).
