Established the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Kien Giang province with 21 party members; the Party Cell of the Party Committee of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee with 15 party members; the Party Cell of the Land Fund Development Center of Kien Giang province with 22 party members.
