The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Dinh Van Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Di Linh district to take on the task of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.

The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer, appoint, and designate many positions of leadership and management cadres .
At the conference, representatives of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on personnel work.
According to the decision, comrade Dinh Van Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Di Linh district, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee to take on the task of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, term 2021-2026.
The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee appointed comrade Tran Hong Quyet, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Di Linh District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Transfer comrade Pham Thi Hong Hai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, appointing her to the position of Deputy Head of the Commission, with the appointment term until her retirement as prescribed; transfer comrade Pham Kim Quang, Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School to the Provincial People's Committee for the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive and appoint her to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.
Also on the afternoon of February 28, the 10th Lam Dong Provincial People's Council held its 23rd session to review and decide on a number of issues under its authority.
Transfer and appoint comrade Vuong Ton Kien, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, with a term of appointment of 5 years; transfer comrade Nguyen Hoang Dao, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary (from October 2021 to January 2024) to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee for the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive and appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; transfer comrade Pham Thi Minh Hien, Director of the Public Administration Service Center, Office of the Provincial People's Committee to the Department of Science and Technology to appoint him to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department.
The Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee decided that comrade Nguyen Van Huu would cease to hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province and be appointed to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Don Duong District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Personnel related to the appointment of directors and deputy directors of provincial departments and branches come from the consideration, assessment and capacity and strengths of cadres.

Previously, the 10th Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, held its 23rd session to review and decide on a number of issues under its authority. The session elected Mr. Dinh Van Tuan as Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026; as a result, 100% of delegates voted in agreement.
The meeting also elected additional members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 10th term, 2021-2026, for comrade Huynh Thi Phuong Duyen, Director of the Department of Health and comrade Pham Kim Quang, Director of the Department of Education and Training.

During his career, he was a lecturer at Lam Dong Political School (2007-2010); specialist, Deputy Head of the General Department of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Office (2010-2011); Secretary of the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee (2011-2014); Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Secretary (2014-2015); Deputy Chief of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Office (2015-2016); Deputy Head of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Organization Board (2016-2020); Deputy Secretary of Di Linh District Party Committee (April 2020-August 2020); Secretary of Di Linh District Party Committee (August 2020-October 2020); Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Di Linh District Party Committee ( October 2020 - May 2021) and from May 2021 to present, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Di Linh District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
