In 2024, Kien Giang province's high-performance athletes participated in 44 regional and national sports competitions, winning 191 medals of all kinds (37 gold medals, 56 silver medals, 98 bronze medals), exceeding the plan by 197%. The province's sports teams participated in 5 international competitions and won 6 medals (3 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal)...
