With the function of gathering and uniting people of all walks of life, the Fatherland Front at all levels of Cao Bang province has closely coordinated with member organizations to promote propaganda, mobilize, and gather people of all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, promote the tradition of great national unity, and together effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns.
According to Mr. Vu Dinh Quang - Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, in the 2019 - 2024 term, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have promoted their roles and positions, gathered the great national unity bloc, successfully carried out political tasks, and met the requirements in the new situation. The activities of the Front are always directed towards the grassroots and residential areas, increasingly focusing on quality and efficiency, focusing on the key tasks of the locality, thereby having many outstanding activities, contributing to the good implementation of the socio-economic development goals of the province.
Typically, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been increasingly deployed with many diverse and creative activities and many different models, suitable for the characteristics of each region and residential area. Member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front have built many new models and methods suitable for the specific conditions of each locality and base; have propagated and mobilized people to donate 415,568m2 of land, 168,467 labors, construction materials, cement to build rural roads, solidify intra-field ditches, build cultural houses and welfare works, gradually completing the criteria for building new rural areas.
In Thom San hamlet (Nguyen Binh town, Nguyen Binh district), in recent years, the Hamlet Front Working Committee has implemented the guidance documents of the superiors, assigned tasks to each member of the Committee to effectively implement, promoted the role of gathering member organizations to do a good job of disseminating and propagating to the people, well implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" and patriotic emulation movements. Thanks to that, the people in the hamlet are always united, helping each other to develop the economy, and escape poverty. Ms. Ly Mui Nhay - Head of the Hamlet Front Working Committee said that the Hamlet Front Working Committee has coordinated with hamlet organizations to go to people's houses to propagate and mobilize them to understand the purpose, meaning and benefits of building new rural areas, thereby many households volunteered to donate land to build roads, people in the hamlet actively contributed funds and labor days to build concrete hamlet roads and build bridges. Thanks to that, the rural appearance in residential areas is increasingly improving.
According to information from the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, in 2024 alone, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations at all levels in Cao Bang province actively implemented the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", organized conferences to propagate the National Target Program on New Rural Construction. In particular, the provincial level organized 5 conferences to propagate the campaign with 350 delegates attending; 10 training conferences to propagate the National Target Program on New Rural Construction with 700 delegates attending; guided the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee at the district level to issue plans, guide the grassroots to collect opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of new rural construction in communes and hamlets. The district-level Fatherland Front also organized many activities to support the New Rural Construction Fund, and allocated 170 million VND from the New Rural Construction Fund to support the construction of sales points and introduce products to people.
Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Vu Dinh Quang affirmed that the results achieved in the past term are the driving force for the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to continue to strengthen innovation in propaganda methods, mobilize union members, association members and people of all walks of life to constantly compete in studying, working creatively, responding to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, creating high consensus among the whole society.
