(Dan Tri) - Quoc Oai District (Hanoi City) has just auctioned 26 plots of land in Tan Phu Commune, the highest winning price was 76.7 million VND/m2, 18 million VND/m2 lower than the auction held in November 2024.
Quoc Oai District (Hanoi City) has just organized an auction of the right to use 26 land plots (LK2, LK6 areas) belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune.
The area of the plots is 73-101.5m2/plot. The starting price is 4.7 million VND/m2, equivalent to 344 million VND to 477 million VND/plot. The common price step applied to the plots and in the auction rounds is 3 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and at least through 6 mandatory rounds.
After nearly 14 hours of organization, the auction of 26 land plots in DG31/2019 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune has ended. Of which, the land plot with the highest winning price was 76.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 40.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction in this round was nearly 133 billion VND, higher than the starting price of more than 121 billion VND.

Quoc Oai District People's Committee said that in 2024, the district successfully organized 7 auctions at 7 projects with 161 land plots, an area of over 14,900m2, the auction winning amount was over 825.3 billion VND.
Previously, at the end of November 2024, Quoc Oai district also organized an auction of 20 land plots (LK3, LK4 areas) belonging to the project of constructing technical infrastructure for the land auction for land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune. These plots have an area of 80.1m2 to 105.4m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2. The total area of 20 auctioned land plots is more than 1,740m2.
Quoc Oai District and the auction organizer have agreed to conduct the auction using the direct voting method in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. The common price for the plots of land is 3 million VND/m2. The auction will only end when there are no more customers participating in bidding.
As a result, of the 20 plots of land put up for auction, the plot with the highest winning price was 94.7 million VND/m2, more than 20 times the starting price, and the lowest was 70.7 million VND/m2, 15 times the starting price. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction was nearly 141.9 billion VND, a difference of nearly 133.7 billion VND from the starting price.
According to the previous announcement, on January 18, Quoc Oai district (Hanoi) will organize an auction of the right to use 26 land plots (LK1, LK2 areas) belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auctioned for land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune.
The plots of land have an area of 85-122m2/plot. The starting price of the plots is 4.7 million VND/m2, equivalent to 400 million VND to more than 573 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction and a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. The direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction ends when no one else bids.
