Kindergarten on land related to Vu "Nhom" has its price re-determined

(Dan Tri) - The kindergarten project located on land leased by Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu and his wife was assessed for quality and determined for property value by Da Nang city for auction.

The Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center has announced an invitation to participate in appraising the remaining quality of the project and determining the value of assets on the land for ABC Kindergarten located on land plot No. 908 Ngo Quyen Street, An Hai Bac Ward (Son Tra District).

The kindergarten was granted a construction permit in 2016 to IVC Company Limited by Mr. Phan Van Anh Vu (also known as Vu "Nhom") and his wife as the lessor of land use rights.

However, since 2019, this 3,264m2 land area has been related to Phan Van Anh Vu's case, announced in the appeal judgment No. 346 dated June 13, 2019 of the High People's Court in Hanoi.

The Da Nang City Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency has reclaimed the land and handed it over to the Land Fund Development Center for management. However, on the land there is ABC Kindergarten of IVC Company Limited (signed a land lease contract until May 2032) which the judgment has not handled, leading to the inability to organize an auction of land use rights.

In Project 153, the solution is to assign the People's Committee of Da Nang City to work with IVC Company Limited to determine the value of the remaining assets on the land according to regulations; organize the leasing of land use rights through auction and the auction winner is responsible for returning the remaining value of the assets on the land to the company.
