(Dan Tri) - Quoc Oai District (Hanoi City) has just successfully auctioned 20 plots of land in Tan Phu Commune, the highest price was nearly 94.7 million VND/m2, 4.3 times higher than the starting price.
Recently, Quoc Oai district (Hanoi) auctioned 20 plots of land (LK3, LK4) in Yen Quan village auction area, Tan Phu commune. These plots have areas ranging from 80.1m2 to 105.4m2, with starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2. The total area of 20 auctioned plots is nearly 1,743m2.
Quoc Oai District and the auction organizer have agreed to conduct the auction using the direct voting method in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 6 mandatory rounds. The common price for the plots of land is 3 million VND/m2. The auction will only end when there are no more customers participating in bidding.
As a result, of the 20 plots of land put up for auction, the plot with the highest winning price was 94.7 million VND/m2, more than 20 times the starting price, and the lowest was 70.7 million VND/m2, 15 times the starting price. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction was nearly 141.9 billion VND, a difference of nearly 133.7 billion VND from the starting price.

Previously, on October 13, the Land Fund Development Center of Quoc Oai district organized an auction of 54 land plots at the auction land area in Son Trung village, Yen Son commune.
The plots of land have an area of 92.5-121.4m2, with a starting price of nearly 12.5 million VND/m2. The People's Committee of Quoc Oai district said that nearly 300 customers participated in this auction, registering more than 1,000 auction documents.
As a result, among the 54 plots of land put up for auction, the highest winning price was nearly 54.5 million VND/m2, 4.3 times higher than the starting price. The lowest lot had a winning price of nearly 44.5 million VND/m2, nearly 3.6 times higher than the starting price. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the land use rights auction in this round was 242.6 billion VND, a difference of 179.6 billion VND compared to the starting price.
Thanh Oai District (Hanoi City) recently organized an auction of 25 land plots in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune (phase 1).
These plots range in area from 83 to 157 square meters, with a starting price of VND5.3 million/square meter. Each plot of land is auctioned by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds with an ascending bid method, with a step price of VND5 million/square meter.
The auction attracted more than 400 applications from 111 customers, lasted nearly 9 hours and ended after 10 rounds of bidding.
As a result, the highest winning price was VND90.3 million/m2, belonging to 2 plots of land in the corner position. These plots are about 114m2 and 129m2 wide, with a total value of VND10.3 billion and VND11.7 billion respectively, more than 17 times the starting price.
The lowest winning price was 45.3 million VND/m2, belonging to a plot of land also in a corner position, 157m2 wide, or more than 7.1 billion VND, 8.5 times higher than the starting price.
