3 road expansion and upgrading projects (National Highway 1A section Hau Giang - Soc Trang, Ring Road 3 project - Ho Chi Minh City, Ring Road 4 project - Hanoi City).
6 major bridge projects (My Thuan 2 bridge connecting Tien Giang and Vinh Long, Rach Mieu 2 bridge connecting Tien Giang and Ben Tre, Hieu River bridge - Quang Tri, Binh Ca bridge - Tuyen Quang, Trang Bom district railway overpass, Dong Nai province, An Phu intersection overpass - Ho Chi Minh City).

Regarding the My Thuan 2 Bridge project and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge, this is one of 11 component projects of the North-South Expressway in the East phase 2017-2020; connecting with the Trung Luong - My Thuan and My Thuan - Can Tho Expressway projects; connecting the two provinces of Vinh Long - Tien Giang.
The project is invested by Project Management Board 7 and Dinh An Group is one of the contractors, with a length of more than 6.61km, with a total investment of more than VND 5,003 billion from the State budget. The project will be put into operation on December 25, 2023, promptly meeting the increasing travel needs of people in the Mekong Delta right before the New Year and Lunar New Year in 2024.

Recalling this proud project, Mr. Cao Dang Hoat shared: “At that time, in the field, hundreds of our officers, engineers, and workers worked in 3 shifts for many months, day and night, to speed up the completion of the My Thuan - Can Tho expressway and My Thuan 2 bridge.
Completing this project on schedule is not only about keeping a promise, but more importantly, it is about fulfilling the aspirations of tens of millions of people in the Mekong Delta, who are willing to demolish their houses and sacrifice their interests to have a convenient traffic route to the land of "Nine Dragons" with a lot of potential but not yet having the conditions to develop its advantages.
