Party Committees and provincial Party agencies focus on implementing tasks to soon come into operation

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee was established in Decision No. 1568-QD/TU, under the Bac Kan Provincial Party Committee.   including party organizations in advisory and support agencies, public service units of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, People's Court, Provincial People's Procuracy, and provincial mass organizations assigned by the Party and State. Functions, tasks, organizational structure, and operating conditions of the Party Committee The provincial Party agencies shall comply with the Party Charter, regulations, and instructions of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.

In order for the apparatus to soon come into stable operation, at the meeting, delegates heard a report on the transfer of the Party organization to the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; the situation of organizing congresses of the branches and affiliated Party Committees; agreed on a number of contents on the policy of issuing working regulations, work programs and a number of tasks in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Phuong Thi Thanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Agencies highly appreciated the preparations for the activities of the Party Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in the coming time. In particular, she assigned the support unit to review all tasks and proposed contents to be presented on Tuesday (March 4).

Regarding the organization of party congresses at all levels in the branches and affiliated party committees, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies agreed to choose the Political School Party Cell as the model party cell congress; other party cells should prepare well the contents to conduct the branch and party committee congresses as planned.

Propose that comrades in the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies study and give opinions on the draft Regulations on operations, work programs, personnel, consider receiving, renaming, and establishing grassroots Party cells; hand over seal management, and prepare conditions for the agency to come into operation from March 1, 2025./.
