The meeting heard reports on the implementation results of 8 projects proposed by TH Group Joint Stock Company in the province.
According to the general assessment, the support for TH Group to implement projects in the province is still behind schedule. The main reason is that the province's master plan has been approved by the Prime Minister. However, up to now, the provincial plans have not been updated, adjusted, or supplemented to match the province's master plan, so there is no legal basis for implementing investment projects in the province.
The land use targets assigned by the Prime Minister in Decisions No. 326 and 227 do not meet the land use needs to implement the province's Master Plan.
In 2024, many new laws will be issued by the National Assembly and come into effect, leading to changes in regulations, so it is necessary to review and adjust them so that projects are implemented in accordance with legal regulations.
The meeting also heard reports from departments, branches and localities on the results of the implementation of the adjustment of the Land Use Plan to 2030; the submission for approval of the Land Use Plan for 2025 for districts and Gia Nghia City and the progress of building and completing the land database in the province; advantages, difficulties, obstacles and proposed solutions.
In order for the projects to soon complete investment procedures and implement construction of projects proposed by TH Group Joint Stock Company, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi requested investors to promptly complete project proposal documents in accordance with investment laws and other relevant laws.
Based on the investor's proposal, relevant departments and branches shall promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to update, adjust and complete land use planning, urban planning and related planning according to the province's general planning approved by the Prime Minister, as a legal basis for implementing investment projects in the province.
Organize the establishment and adjustment of district-level land use planning to ensure consistency and synchronization with the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. In particular, focus on priority projects (Group 1) so that projects can be implemented soon in 2025.
Relevant units continue to coordinate well with investors to conduct surveys and handle related problems in order to promptly deploy construction investment in accordance with legal regulations.
