Adjusting and supplementing land use planning to 2030 of Me Linh district

Accordingly, the adjustment and supplementation of the Land Use Planning to 2030 of Me Linh district has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 5150/QD-UBND dated December 7, 2021. Regarding the area and structure of land types, for agricultural land, the approved planning area is reduced from 7,003.95 ha to 7,002.77 ha, a decrease of 1.18 ha; non-agricultural land from 7,053.84 ha to 7,055.02 ha, an increase of 1.18 ha.

At the same time, adjust the area of ​​land use conversion for agricultural land converted to non-agricultural land from the approved planning area of ​​1,512.37 hectares to 1,513.55 hectares, an increase of 1.18 hectares.

In addition, 01 new project will be added to be implemented until 2030 in Me Linh district: Restoration, embellishment and completion of the remaining items of the special national relic site of Hai Ba Trung Temple and adjustment of 04 projects approved in the land use planning until 2030 including: Resettlement area in Chu Phan commune; Construction of a road connecting from Highway 23B to Chu Phan Port; Construction of Tien Phong - Tu Lap road (phase 1); Investment in construction of Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region.

The location and area of ​​land areas that must change their land use purposes are determined according to the Map of Adjusted Land Use Planning to 2030, the Report on the General Explanation of Adjusted Land Use Planning to 2030 of Me Linh district, confirmed by the People's Committee of Me Linh district on October 24, 2024, and confirmed by the Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on October 24, 2024.

Other contents stated in Decision No. 5150/QD-UBND dated December 7, 2021 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
