Real estate stocks sold heavily, VN-Index increased slightly

On the HoSE floor, the order matching value of this session was equivalent to the previous session, reaching more than 14,856.02 billion VND.

Foreign investors continued to net sell 112 billion VND. On the buying side, FPT shares were bought the most (139 billion VND), followed by VNM (66 billion VND), SSI (49 billion VND)... On the contrary, HPG was sold the most (187 billion VND), followed by HSG (74 billion VND), VHM (52 billion VND)...

Today's session, the VN30 group closed with 13 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 13 stocks decreasing.

Of which, GVR increased by 2% to VND35,650/share, SSI increased by 1.95%, TCB increased by 1.55%, POW increased by 1.49%, MBB increased by 1.02%.

Codes: ACB, CTG, FPT, GAS, MSN, PLX, SAB, VNM increased slightly.

Four codes stopped at reference: BID, SHB, TPB, VIB.

On the other hand, VRE decreased by 2.74% to VND19,500/share, VIC decreased by 1.55%, VHM decreased by 1.21%, BCM decreased by 1%.

The remaining codes: BVH, HDB, HPG, MWG, SSB, STB, VCB, VJC, VPB decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks improved compared to yesterday's session when closing with most codes increasing, of which: VCA increased by 3.48%, SMC increased by 1.84%, NKG increased by 1.38%, TLH increased by 0.84%, HSG increased by 0.48%. On the contrary, DTL decreased by 1.56%, HMC decreased by 0.43%, HPG decreased by 0.19%.

The group of securities stocks showed no signs of recovery when closing in red. Besides SSI mentioned above, AGR increased by 0.27%, APG increased by 0.44%, TVB increased by 0.44%, HCM increased by 0.86%, VIX increased by 1.26%, and TVS stopped at the reference. On the contrary, BSI decreased by 1.41%, CTS decreased by 0.89%, FTS decreased by 1.72%, ORS decreased by 0.39%, VCI decreased by 0.73%, VDS decreased by 0.46%, VND decreased by 0.32%.

Banking stocks traded differently. In addition to the codes ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, the remaining codes: EIB decreased by 0.27%, LPB increased by 0.32%, MSB increased by 3.51%, OCB increased by 0.7%.

Real estate stocks were sold heavily with red covering almost the entire market. Besides the Vingroup stocks (VIC, VHM, VRE) mentioned above, CCL decreased by 2.56%, DIG decreased by 3.99%, DTA decreased by 6.05%, HTN decreased by 2.91%, NBB decreased by 2.22%, NTL decreased by 2.3%, TCH decreased by 1.6%, VRC decreased by 3.49%...

* The Vietnamese stock market index fluctuated today, VNXALL-Index closed up 2.28 points (+0.11%), at 2,103.05 points. Liquidity with trading volume reached 684.85 million units, equivalent to trading value of VND 16,500.10 billion. In the whole market, there were 149 stocks increasing in price, 110 stocks remaining unchanged and 213 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 238.23 points, down 0.68 points (-0.29%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 54.01 million shares transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND986.71 billion. The entire floor had 60 stocks increasing, 81 stocks remaining unchanged and 88 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed down 1.71 points (-0.32%) to 524.85 points. Trading volume reached about 36.35 million units, with a corresponding value of more than VND781.05 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 10 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 13 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index decreased, closing at 94.13 points, down 0.01 points (-0.01%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 29.55 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 468.43 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 142 stocks increasing, 103 stocks remaining unchanged and 122 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 0.88 points (+0.07%) at 1,281.44 points. Liquidity reached over 714.08 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND16,181.17 billion. The entire floor had 168 stocks increasing, 84 stocks remaining unchanged and 225 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 1.26 points (+0.10%) to 1,323.54 points. Liquidity reached over 222.87 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND7,117.35 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 13 stocks increasing, 4 stocks remaining unchanged and 13 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume are DIG (over 41.91 million units), VIX (over 36.32 million units), HAG (over 27.35 million units), PDR (over 20.78 million units), SSI (over 20.04 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were VCF (6.97%), BTT (6.89%), HNG (6.88%), SPM (6.54%), HU1 (5.71%).

The five stocks with the biggest price decrease were MSB (-20.54%), S4A (-7.00%), MDG (-6.98%), PAC (-6.93%), DTT (-6.87%).

* Today, derivative securities had 167,622 contracts traded, worth VND 22,147.82 billion.
