Here, according to information from Esuhai Group, this enterprise not only recruits high school graduates to work in Japan but also recruits college and university graduates in fields such as electricity, electronics, automobiles, mechanics, construction... According to Esuhai's representative, there are currently about 200 domestic and foreign Japanese enterprises through Esuhai to recruit about 5,000 jobs each year.
It is known that the basic income for these positions, excluding allowances, is from 25-34 million VND/month.

Meanwhile, according to the representative of the International Study Abroad Company, college and university graduates in the fields of construction, mechanics, automobiles, nursing, information technology, electronics, hotels, kitchens, etc., if they meet the requirements of German enterprises, will go to Germany to study to convert their degrees for one year. During this time, candidates will both study and work with a salary of 1,700-2,500 euros/month depending on the profession (about 42-62 million VND). When they complete the requirements and officially work, the salary will be up to 3,500 euros/month (about 85 million VND).
WBS Training AG (Germany) also annually recruits thousands of workers for occupations such as nursing, dental assistant, hotel restaurant, kitchen, baking, beauty, mechanics, electronics, warehouse management, information technology... for German businesses.
"The salary during the apprenticeship is 900-1,400 euros/month and after graduation is 2,500-3,500 euros/month," said a representative of WBS Training AG.
It is known that before going to study and work in other countries, in addition to cultural or professional qualifications, candidates must meet language requirements, for example, to work in Germany, the minimum German level is A2 or B1.

According to Mr. Truong Van Hung, Principal of Van Lang Saigon College, with the joint program with Kangwon National University (Korea), students will be able to participate in international semesters, programs to experience Korean life and culture, short-term training courses to receive international certificates or transfer directly to this university.
If students choose to study the 1+2 or 2+1 or 2+2 transfer program with Kobe International University (Japan), they will receive dual degrees from Vietnam and Japan. In addition, they will be introduced to suitable part-time jobs during their studies and introduced to official jobs after graduation at Japanese enterprises. During their studies, students participate in short-term experiential learning courses from 10 days to 1 month, 6 months in the host country.
