On September 13, 2024, at the Vietnamese Cultural Center in France (CCV), the program "The First Vietnamese Business Culture Day Abroad" took place with the theme "Vietnamese and European business culture: intertwined perspectives", marking an important step forward in realizing the spirit of the Resolution of the Party and Government on building Vietnamese business culture and corporate culture.

Culture Day opens up many cooperation opportunities between Vietnam and Europe

The program is organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in France and the Vietnam Association for the Development of Business Culture (VNABC), aiming to raise awareness of the role of business culture in socio-economic development and sustainability, while promoting economic and cultural exchanges between Vietnam, France and Europe.

The representative of the Vietnam Trade Office in France said that the program was organized with diverse content, profound perspectives on corporate culture development, bringing mutual understanding and approach between Asian and European cultures, opening up cooperation opportunities between Vietnamese and French enterprises in particular and with enterprises of European countries in general.

The initiative to organize Vietnamese Business Culture Day abroad is expected to achieve practical results, contributing to connecting Vietnamese businesses with French and European businesses.

Within the framework of the program, there are many rich activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including:

  1. Opening of Vietnam Business Culture Day: where Vietnamese and European businesses have the opportunity to meet and connect.
  2. Seminar: “Vietnamese and European Business Culture: Interwoven Perspectives” with speakers from Vietnam, France and European countries aims to create a forum for discussion on the business culture environment in Europe, from legal standards, labor safety to social responsibility. The seminar is also an opportunity for businesses to share successful experiences and challenges in integrating into each other’s business culture.
  3. The Vietnam Lacquer Exhibition introduces works of art bearing the imprint of Vietnamese national culture to the French people and French businesses from history to the present.
  4. Introducing Vietnamese cuisine: a journey to discover the unique flavors of traditional dishes organized by Vietnamese restaurants in France in collaboration with the Embassy.
  5. Other artistic activities: art programs performed by Vietnamese artists and an orchestra from Macedonia led by conductor Le Phi Phi to honor the beauty of Vietnamese culture and art, connecting with international friends.

Also at the Program, with the support of the Embassy, ​​the Vietnam Association for the Development of Business Culture (VNABC) and the connection of businesses of the two countries by the Vietnam Trade Office in France, Ms. Dao Nguyet Minh - representative of NPD Vietnam Joint Stock Company and ACEM Company (France) signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop the export of spices and macrobiotic tea in line with the green food trend to reduce carbon emissions that has just been initiated by France - the host country of the 2024 Olympics.
