DAT Group Joint Stock Company (DAT Group) and FPT Digital have launched the Consulting Project on building digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the period 2025-2027, this is an important strategic step to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes and strengthen DAT Group's position in the market.
At the launching ceremony, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, General Director of DAT Group emphasized: "Digital transformation is a strategic step that helps us not only improve performance but also build a digital, flexible culture, always ready to welcome new opportunities in developing advanced products, solutions and services. We are honored to cooperate with FPT Digital to take solid steps together to bring positive results in the coming time for DAT Group. DAT's digital transformation journey is not only about integrating technology solutions but also a comprehensive change from thinking to action".
The project "Building a roadmap and plan to implement DAT Group's digital transformation in the period 2025-2027, with a vision to 2030" will be implemented by FPT Digital, including three phases.
FPT Digital will survey the current status of digital transformation to collect correct and sufficient information necessary for analyzing and evaluating the current status of DAT Group's current level of digital transformation according to 6 major categories including: Digital experience for customers; Strategy; Digital infrastructure and technology; Operations; Transforming corporate culture; Data and information assets.
Next, FPT Digital will determine the order of priority and build a digital transformation roadmap as well as how to implement digital initiatives based on capacity and development potential, bringing the highest efficiency to DAT Group's post-digital transformation activities.
Finally, FPT Digital will provide training and guidance on digital transformation implementation at DAT Group, equipping the core team with general knowledge and skills to be ready for implementation, ensuring that the digital transformation process always follows the roadmap and achieves the set goals. Digital transformation communication will also be established to ensure that the company's staff is always aware of each stage of transformation as well as receive support from stakeholders.
