Accordingly, 1,232 enterprises were surveyed and reported on the 2024 salary situation and 2025 Tet bonuses for employees. These enterprises belong to all 4 types and currently employ more than 220,000 workers. In general, the New Year and Lunar New Year bonuses of the surveyed enterprises are among the highest in the country. In particular, the lowest bonus on the occasion of the New Year is 50,000 VND and the highest is 146.6 million VND/person. For the Lunar New Year 2025, the highest bonus is up to 410 million VND, and the lowest is 70,000 VND.

The bonus does not have to be given on schedule, nor does it have to be given to everyone. The number given by the business owner depends on the growth rate of the economy as well as the production and business situation of each business during the year.

This year's bonus level shows that the "health" of the business sector in Thanh Hoa is "healthier" than in 2023, in which the bonus level in the above segment has increased strongly, with the highest level this year being 40 million VND higher than in 2023. This bonus level also shows that there are "shark" businesses appearing in Thanh Hoa. This bonus level is starting to approach the bonus level of some leading businesses in large industrial parks in the North and Southeast.

The Tet bonus for employees of enterprises in the province also increases in proportion to the province's budget revenue in 2024. This shows that the financial potential of enterprises is actually stronger, not the forced or "strained" act of the business owner.

Also through the announced Tet bonus level, it shows that the concern of employers has increased, more cultured, no longer the scene of Tet bonus in kind, the recipients were both crying and laughing like a few years ago when they had to go on social networks to sell to earn some money to spend on Tet, but even could not sell or sold at a price lower than the real value.

The 2025 Tet bonus can be seen as a reflection of Thanh Hoa's health and corporate culture, and that is a very good thing.
