Hoa Sen Inter-level School
The school has many differences
Hoa Sen Inter-level School, belonging to Hoa Sen Vietnam Education Development Company Limited, is located in the center of the new Northeast urban area (K1 area), Phan Rang - Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province. The school has facilities and a team of teachers who meet the standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training. The classrooms at the school are designed to be airy and equipped with modern facilities. Functional rooms such as: information technology, electronic library, practice lab, music, painting, multi-purpose gymnasium, 3 soccer fields for students, swimming pool system, shuttle bus, dormitory, large experimental vegetable garden... meet the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students. In each class, the school arranges 2 teachers (Vietnamese and English) to support students in bilingual learning; each teacher is responsible for tutoring and taking care of 15 students in class and extracurricular activities. Every week, the school arranges 2 periods/class for students to practice pronunciation and communicate with foreign English teachers.
In addition to enrolling students according to regulations, Hoa Sen Inter-level School accepts orphans, children of martyrs, and children from extremely poor families... to the school for free meals and education; establishes a 2,000 VND Smile restaurant to serve the poor, and programs to build houses for the poor are maintained according to the school's activities. In previous years, the school had a rule that "Students who cannot swim will not be promoted to the next grade", and now it has expanded to include preschool students to learn swimming.
Currently, the Hoa Sen Inter-level School system has 6 educational facilities from kindergarten to high school, but the school always "says no" to canteens on campus. According to the school's board of directors, not organizing a canteen on campus is to ensure that students are equal in their activities. There is almost no phenomenon of students bringing mobile phones and riding large-displacement motorbikes to school.

Progress to teachers going to school 4 days a week
The 4-day work week is becoming a trend in the world, especially after the Covid-19 outbreak, affecting not only business activities but also the educational environment. In previous years, primary school teachers directly taught in the public education system, going to school 5 to 6 days a week. At Hoa Sen Inter-level School, all levels only study 5 days a week. Students mainly study semi-boarding and 100% study 2 sessions a day. Teachers not only teach in class but also tutor and guide students in eating, resting, and participating with students in all extracurricular activities... Through a survey, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Inter-level School found that in addition to teaching at school, teachers also have to take care of housework, many people show signs of stress, exhaustion, fatigue... significantly affecting the quality of their professional work. Therefore, from the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the school's Board of Directors has applied a policy of working only 4 days a week for all primary school teachers. Through application, the school has found that this policy is basically effective, most teachers maintain a balance between work and life, and teaching quality is significantly improved. Lawyer Le Nguyen Le Vi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Vietnam Education Development Company Limited, said that applying a 4-day week for primary school teachers helps teachers have better health, and the physical and mental health of teachers is significantly improved. "In the near future, we will evaluate and apply it long-term to the Hoa Sen Inter-level School system," Mr. Le Vi added.
According to Ms. Ly Thi Thu Suong, Principal of Hoa Sen Inter-level School, applying the 4-day-a-week teaching model for primary school teachers not only helps improve teachers' physical and mental health, but also shows positive signs in teaching quality and student learning outcomes. "Reduced working hours will impact teachers' happiness and satisfaction. This model helps improve teachers' commitment to their work, students and school," Ms. Thu Suong analyzed.
If you want to know about the school, please ask your parents.
"If you want to know about the school, please ask parents whose children are studying at the school" is the line shown on the website of the Hoa Sen Inter-level School system. With the criteria "Hoa Sen students say no to extra classes", the school's Board of Directors always emphasizes teaching and learning at the school, especially training life skills for students with extracurricular programs in and outside the province. The number of students of the Hoa Sen Inter-level School system increases rapidly every year, the enrollment has almost met the needs of the first grades of primary school.
