Appreciating the visit and the results of the talks between Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Vichtorovich Volodin and Chairman of the National Assembly Vuong Dinh Hue, the President believed that the visit would create a strong driving force for bilateral cooperation, including cooperation between the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the National Assembly of Vietnam, thereby deepening the relationship between the two countries.
