The Chairman of the City People's Committee has just issued a document directing the organization of workflow and shortening the time for processing work documents to achieve the target of GRDP growth of over 8% by 2025.

The principle is set for Departments, branches, and districts to focus on and promptly resolve work records according to the "green lane" priority mechanism to shorten processing time, ensure no delays, and no overdue.

The City Chairman requested directors, heads of departments, branches, and sectors, and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to proactively review and streamline the procedures for handling records, apply information technology and artificial intelligence to classify records, determine the priority level of the above-mentioned work groups, and ensure that the processing time is shortened by at least 60% compared to current regulations, especially projects that can immediately contribute to GRDP in 2025.

“Stamp the “green lane” of incoming and outgoing documents (consulting with competent authorities according to administrative procedures, reporting to competent authorities, etc.) to receive, process, monitor, and control progress to ensure deadline requirements,” the document clearly states.

The City Chairman also paid special attention to important projects requiring Departments, branches and localities to handle them within 24 hours of receiving the documents.

Important projects include: Renovation of the space around Hoan Kiem Lake and renovation of Dong Kinh - Nghia Thuc Square; Tu Lien Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge (from the intersection with Nghi Tam Street to the intersection with Truong Sa Street); Tran Hung Dao Bridge; Ngoc Hoi Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge.

Renovating, upgrading and expanding roads around West Lake; Renovating, embellishing and replenishing water of To Lich River; Hoa Lac High-Tech Park and investment attraction projects in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park; Hanoi High-Tech Biological Park.
