In a short session, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Zhejiang Province introduced the poetic and musical beauty. Beside the elaborately brewed Longjing tea and the lingering scent of incense, the gentle music, the (spring) rain in the South of the Yangtze River had just begun, and laughter could be heard in the wind. Graceful beauties frolicked in the water in front of the guests. Ms. Ngo Thi Lan Phuong, Director of Kim Lien International Travel Joint Stock Company explained: "This is the beauty of the misty rain in the South of the Yangtze River". Enjoying the dance "Misty Rain" performed by artists of the Zhejiang Song and Dance Theater, we felt part of the magical beauty of the misty rain. Indeed, the beauty of the rivers in Zhejiang has entered the poetry, music and paintings of many generations. Li Bai and Du Fu both wrote poems about this place. When poet Te Hanh came to Zhejiang, he was inspired by the scene, leaving behind for posterity "Love Poem in Hangzhou" when he came to West Lake.

The dance performance "Fog Rain" helps viewers understand more about the culture and people of Zhejiang.

Famous for its poetic rivers and lakes, Zhejiang people also have the talent to introduce that beauty to tourists. When talking about Zhejiang, it is impossible not to mention the guqin. The traditional artist Zheng Yiqin with the song "Flowing with the Water" whispers to tourists about her hometown river, which is sometimes gentle and sometimes majestic. As a lecturer at the Conservatory of Music in Hangzhou City (Zhejiang), Zheng Yiqin learned the guqin not from books but from word of mouth in her family in the form of "father to son", one teacher to one student. Her mother is also a traditional artist of the guqin. Ms. Zheng Yiqin said: "I chose the song "Flowing with the Water" because the guqin is an ancient musical instrument of the Han people. The sound of the guqin not only expresses the feelings of the player but also shows the internal resources. The changing sound of the guqin helps people to nourish their spirit and mind."

Ms. Trinh Ni, Head of the Department of Educational Technology (Department of Culture and Tourism of Zhejiang Province) skillfully introduced through a legend: “Hanoi and Zhejiang have had a close and harmonious relationship since ancient times, from the art of tea ceremony to calligraphy and painting. Zhejiang people love the rich culture of Vietnam. Vietnamese people enjoy enjoying Zhejiang poetry and paintings. Legend has it that, long ago, two fairies descended to earth. When they returned to heaven, the two fairies dropped two mirrors, one fell in Hangzhou, the other fell in the land that is now Hanoi, turning into two poetic West Lakes. This story makes people understand more about the deep relationship between Zhejiang and Hanoi”.
