Details of social housing, commercial projects

The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved a list of housing and urban area construction investment projects in the city's housing development plans for the 2021-2025 period (Phase 3). This phase includes 85 commercial housing and urban area construction investment projects and 5 social housing projects.

Specifically, the 5 social housing projects include: Hoan Kiem District Dispersal Housing Project in Viet Hung Urban Area, Long Bien District (area 5.09ha, total investment of 3,713 billion VND); Housing construction project for sale to low-income people of Ba Dinh District Police in Bao Van Field, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ba Dinh District (area 0.30ha, total investment of 105 billion VND);

Social housing for sale to officers and soldiers of the Ministry of Public Security in Thuong village, Thanh Liet commune, Thanh Tri district (area 0.35ha, total investment 842 billion VND); Social housing project in Bac Phu Cat residential area in Thach Hoa commune, Thach That district (area 3.01ha);

Social housing construction investment project at land plot CT in planning block CT1 under the project to invest in construction of technical infrastructure of land plot for auction of land use rights in Long Bien ward, Long Bien district (area 0.47ha, total investment 300 billion VND);

Social housing construction investment project at planning block C14/NO1, Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district (area 3.69ha, total investment 1,000 billion VND).

According to the list of investment projects updated and approved in Article 1 of this Decision, the corresponding contents of the List of approved and updated projects in the Decisions of the City People's Committee are added.

The City People's Committee assigns the Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to proactively review, advise, propose, and report to the City People's Committee for consideration and settlement according to regulations for projects that are allowed to continue implementation or are not eligible to continue implementation (no extension of project implementation progress, no extension of land use/land lease period, projects subject to termination of operations according to regulations of the law on investment, or cases where projects are subject to land recovery due to violations of land law)...
