The incident did not cause any human casualties, and power was restored to the areas that lost power shortly after. Vietnam Electricity Group said that Power Transmission Company 1 had separated the transformer from the system to ensure safe operation of the national power transmission system.
EVNNPT mobilizes backup transformers for replacement as soon as possible to ensure power system operation.
The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by Power Transmission Company 1.
