(Dan Tri) - Authorities have just successfully rescued 8 people from a house on fire on Giap Bat Street at dawn.
On the morning of March 21, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police said that at around 0:00 on the same day, a fire broke out in a 6-storey house at 49 Giap Bat Street, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi.
Upon receiving the news, the police dispatched 3 fire trucks and many officers and soldiers to the scene to organize fire fighting and rescue.

According to police, the fire broke out on the third floor of a six-story building on Giap Bat Street; firefighting vehicles had difficulty accessing the scene due to the narrow road.

By 0:22 a.m. the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, and the police promptly brought 8 people in the house out safely.
"The fire caused no human casualties, property damage is being assessed. The cause of the fire is being investigated," said a representative of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Hanoi Police.
