On the morning of November 19, the Ministry of Home Affairs held an online training conference on administrative reform for officials from provinces and cities across the country.
At the Dak Lak bridge point, there were leaders of departments, branches, localities and officials in charge of administrative reform in the province.

During one day, delegates listened to experts from the Ministry of Home Affairs present topics including: Solutions to improve the Administrative Reform Index; skills in implementing administrative reform; introducing some models and initiatives in implementing administrative reform tasks; strengthening administrative discipline and order, overcoming the situation of shirking and avoiding responsibility in performing public duties and tasks of civil servants and public employees in the current period.

The training conference aims to update information on the actual situation of administrative reform taking place nationwide, solutions to be implemented in the coming time; at the same time, update new contents according to the direction of the central government, especially related to the responsibility, discipline and order of civil servants and public employees.
In addition, the Conference also provided time for reporters and civil servants to exchange and discuss some problems arising in the actual implementation of administrative reform and propose solutions.
