The Ministry of Transport has just sent a document requesting units and corporations to compile reports on projects that have stopped construction or are behind schedule, and propose solutions to resolve them completely.

Accordingly, for traffic construction projects and investment projects that are backlogged, stopped, or behind schedule, the Ministry of Transport requires urgent development of a plan for handling measures.

Relevant units are assigned to clearly define the responsibilities of work content, progress, completion time, and implementing agencies to serve as a basis for urging, checking, monitoring and evaluating.

The Ministry of Transport also directed relevant agencies and units to handle the responsibility of individuals and organizations that have delayed the progress of projects and works for a long time.

Accordingly, the Ministry directs agencies and units to resolutely replace or transfer to other jobs individuals with weak capacity, who do not dare to do, avoid, push, work half-heartedly, are afraid of responsibility, are late and do not meet the requirements of assigned work, causing projects and works to be behind schedule, prolonged, and waste resources.
