Accordingly, focus on the contents and emulation targets such as: Party committees and commanders of agencies, units and localities strengthen leadership and direction on ensuring traffic safety and compliance with traffic safety regulations.
Promote the role of organizations and forces in implementing the emulation movement "If you drink alcohol, do not drive". In which, cadres and party members - especially cadres in charge at all levels - set an example of action, creating a common spread in the provincial military.
Continue to deploy and effectively implement Directive No. 23 dated May 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in ensuring traffic order and safety in the new situation"; Plan No. 794 dated March 4, 2021 of the Provincial Military Command on organizing the implementation of the emulation movement to ensure traffic order and safety in the period of 2021-2025 in the provincial military.
Compete to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, dissemination and education of traffic safety laws, coordinate well with functional forces to increase patrols, control and strictly handle traffic safety violations.
Regarding emulation targets: 100% of officers and soldiers raise awareness and strictly comply with traffic laws and regulations on alcohol concentration; voluntarily implement the traffic culture of "if you drink alcohol, do not drive"; strive for 100% of officers and soldiers to not let traffic accidents occur; ensure that 100% of military motorbikes and cars are inspected for safety and have full documents according to regulations when participating in traffic; 100% of agencies, units and localities have the propaganda slogan "if you drink alcohol, do not drive".

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives and 16 individuals with outstanding achievements in the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Uncle Ho's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2023).
