On the evening of October 26, at the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee hall, an art program with the theme "Tay Ninh - Bac Ninh - the exchange of heritage between two regions" took place, jointly organized by Tay Ninh and Bac Ninh provinces.

With the theme "Interaction of the two heritage regions of Tay Ninh - Bac Ninh", singers and artists of Tay Ninh Provincial Cultural Center performed songs, dances, and traditional songs about the Southern land, about Tay Ninh - a beautiful land with many unique cultural heritages, such as: "Southern sunshine and wind", "Visiting Tay Ninh, my hometown", "Tay Ninh, my beloved land"... Artists of Bac Ninh Quan Ho Theater responded with Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs, very unique inter-relationship songs, such as "Tuong phung tuong ngo", "Ngoi yip man thuyen", "Trau cau quan ho", "Nguoi oi nguoi o dung ve"...

Tay Ninh and Ha Bac (formerly, later split into two provinces Bac Ninh and Bac Giang) have been twinned for decades.
