On the afternoon of February 28, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang and the working delegation worked with the Board of Directors of Al Tamimi & Co Law Firm to discuss the legal framework for the Da Nang International Financial Center.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that this working trip aims to concretize the policy of the Politburo and the Government in developing an international financial center in Vietnam. Da Nang is coordinating with central agencies to develop appropriate mechanisms and policies. The Secretary of the City Party Committee highly appreciated the contributions of Al Tamimi & Co in attracting investment, developing the financial ecosystem and resolving disputes. At the same time, he suggested that the company continue to consult on the appropriate jurisdictional mechanism, legal framework and development model, especially in connecting with the Da Nang Free Trade Zone.
