(CLO) On the afternoon of November 29, at the ICC International Convention Center (35 Hung Vuong, Hanoi), Dan Tri newspaper coordinated with other units to organize the Award Ceremony of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest 2024.
After more than 3 months of organization, the contest received many quality entries which were high-tech solution ideas. The jury selected 8 most outstanding ideas and products for the final round, and organized online voting on Dan Tri newspaper.
Speaking at the Award Ceremony of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest 2024, Editor-in-Chief of Dan Tri Newspaper, journalist Pham Tuan Anh, said: The Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative Contest organized by Dan Tri Newspaper has gone through three seasons. Three seasons with so much effort, so much enthusiasm, and above all, the companionship of all of you, today's program has truly become a bright spot in the work of propaganda, raising traffic safety awareness for the community.

On the same morning, after a period of urgent work with a serious and fair spirit, the Jury Council found the winners of the main awards of the Vietnam Traffic Safety Initiative 2024 contest.
First Prize belongs to the group of authors: Bach Ngoc Minh Chau, Nguyen Thuy Tien, Nguyen Vu Lam, Nguyen Minh Duc, Dinh Van Duy with the work "Smart traffic violation penalty and analysis camera".
2 Second prizes went to the group of authors: Le Van Manh, Tran Nhu Ngoc, Mai Hoan Hao with the initiative "Traffic blind spot warning device at dangerous bends".
The group of authors Bach Nhat Minh, Nguyen Hoang Phuong, Pham Ba Huy Hoang, Nguyen Thi Thuy Hien with the work "eTraffic - Smart traffic software system to help reduce accidents and traffic light optimization system" shared second prize.
Third Prize went to the group of authors Mai Trong Huu and Nguyen Thi My Tu with the initiative "IoT device to warn motorbikes of potholes to enhance road traffic safety". The initiative "Application: Traffic Safety Library" by author Le Thi Tu also won Third Prize.
