Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province deploys tasks for 2025

On January 16, the Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Trade Union held a conference to review union work in 2024 and set out directions and tasks for 2025.

The leaders of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board awarded the Comprehensive Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to the collective leadership of the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union.

The Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union currently directly manages 104 grassroots trade unions. In 2024, the Provincial Industrial Park Trade Union has deployed and comprehensively implemented its work tasks, 100% of the union's work targets and tasks have been achieved and exceeded the set plan.

During the year, the grassroots trade unions negotiated and signed 8 new Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs); 30 agreements were amended and supplemented. Up to now, 97 grassroots trade unions have negotiated and signed CLAs with enterprises (accounting for 95.1% of the total number of enterprises with grassroots trade unions). The activities of the trade union organization to care for the lives of union members and employees have been maintained and promoted effectively. During the Lunar New Year 2024, enterprises gave Tet bonuses to employees with an average bonus of VND 5,000,000/person. Trade unions at all levels gave Tet gifts to union members with a total amount of over VND 14 billion. In addition, the provincial industrial park trade unions organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Chia Chia" in industrial parks and clusters with many fun activities for employees.

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board awarded the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

The patriotic emulation movement among union members, workers and trade union activities continued to be promoted. The emulation movement resulted in 717 initiatives of workers that benefited the enterprise by 34 billion VND. In 2024, the Trade Union at all levels directed the introduction of 30 outstanding union members for the Party to consider admission; 19,342 female workers achieved the title of "Good at public work, good at housework", reaching a rate of over 50.9% of female workers.

In 2025, the Trade Union of Phu Tho Industrial Parks has set out 6 key tasks, focusing on implementing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congresses at all levels; promoting propaganda activities on the Party Congresses at all levels among workers in conjunction with propaganda to implement Resolution 02-NQ/TW of the Politburo on "innovating the organization and operation of Vietnam Trade Unions in the new situation"; Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing to implement Directive 05-CT/BCT of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and Directives, Resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State of the Trade Union organization in conjunction with the traditional anniversaries of the country, the province, and the Trade Union organization in 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union awarded the Labor and Creativity Title of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to individuals.

In 2025, the Trade Union will launch and widely implement emulation movements among workers to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, and key movements of the Trade Union organization: Emulation of "good workers, creative workers", building agencies and units that meet cultural standards; movement to promote technical innovation initiatives; emulation to study and improve all aspects to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country; movement "Green-clean-beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; movement "Good at public work, good at housework" among female workers; emulation movements to build meaningful works and products to achieve achievements to celebrate major holidays of the year...

At the conference, representatives of the trade unions discussed and clarified the results achieved in 2024, shared experiences in trade union activities, and proposed solutions to successfully implement trade union tasks in 2025.

On this occasion, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union was honored to receive the Comprehensive Emulation Flag of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the Excellent Labor Emulation Movement and building a strong Trade Union organization in 2024 received Certificates of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Provincial Labor Federation, and Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union.
