(LĐ online) - On February 24, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province sent a document to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, People's Committees of districts and cities about abolishing 45 documents of the Provincial People's Committee on unifying the policy for organizations to rent forest environment/prepare documents and procedures for renting forest environment for eco-tourism, resort and entertainment business under the forest canopy.

The reason for the abolition is that organizations/individuals have agreed on the policy of leasing forest environment/prepared documents and procedures for leasing forest environment, but up to now, no organization or individual has completed the documents and procedures according to regulations.
According to the Provincial People's Committee, Decree No. 91/2024/ND-CP dated July 18, 2024 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 156/2018/ND-CP dated November 16, 2018 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Forestry Law has come into effect, so the leasing of forest environment is carried out in accordance with current regulations.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to notify relevant organizations and individuals of this content and complete implementation before February 15.
