According to the Bac Giang Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 219/QD-TTg dated February 17, 2022, by 2030, Bac Giang province will have 63 industrial clusters, with a total area of 3,006 hectares; of which 36 industrial clusters will maintain the same area, 3 industrial clusters will be expanded, and 24 new industrial clusters will be planned.
Up to now, the province has established 55 industrial clusters with a total area of 2,327 hectares; the industrial land area according to detailed planning is 1,491 hectares; of which, there are 41 industrial clusters invested and operated by enterprises with a total area of 2,179 hectares, the industrial land area according to detailed planning is 1,389 hectares; 14 industrial clusters invested by district-level People's Committees.
Bac Giang currently has 38/55 industrial clusters with invested technical infrastructure and put into operation with an area of 1,391 hectares, the industrial land area leased to secondary investors is 612 hectares.
Industrial clusters in operation in the area have attracted 297 projects with a total registered capital of VND35,358 billion; realized capital reached about VND10,325 billion, equal to 29.2% of registered capital.
Of these, 240 projects have come into operation (including more than 40 foreign direct investment (FDI) projects - accounting for 6.25% of FDI enterprises in the province, the remaining about 200 domestic direct investment (DDI) projects - accounting for 1.12% of DDI enterprises in the province), creating jobs for about 45,000 workers in the locality and neighboring areas.

Specifically, the Department of Finance of Bac Giang province will speed up the implementation of investment policy approval procedures and approve investors for the industrial clusters of Dai Lam 2, Phuong Son - Dai Lam, Thanh Son, Phuong Son, and Huong Son 2.
At the same time, support investors of industrial clusters that have invested in building technical infrastructure, attracting secondary investors to industrial clusters that have met the conditions.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Bac Giang province guides and supports investors of industrial clusters in carrying out environmental impact assessment procedures; continues to inspect and guide secondary investors in connecting wastewater to the centralized wastewater collection and treatment system in accordance with the law.
