NDO - According to a recent report from the Hanoi Statistics Office, the Hanoi Children's Palace project has disbursed 73.7% of the planned capital so far. The project is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2024.
The Hanoi Children's Palace construction project is built on a land area of nearly 40,000m2 , in the CV1 regulating lake park area (Cau Giay New Urban Area, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi).
Hanoi Children's Palace is built with modern architectural design, close to nature, using many smart automatic devices.
Hanoi Children's Palace is divided into 2 areas: area A and area B.
Area A includes a complex of theaters, cinemas, and art clubs, where cultural and spiritual activities will take place.
Area B has 3 functional blocks connected together: office, sports, and study areas. Building B1 includes: gymnasium, swimming pool; building B2 includes: administrative building, astronomy tower; building B3 includes: classroom, library. The basement includes parking areas, electrical and water technical rooms, etc.
Along with existing projects, Hanoi Children's Palace creates a modern and dynamic space for the western area of Hanoi city.
According to the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Cultural and Social Works of Hanoi City, the new Children's Palace is built with a modern, spacious architectural design, close to nature.
The exterior items are being completed, green space has begun to appear.

Currently, the outdoor entertainment and activity areas located at the park and CV1 lake are basically completed and ready to connect with the Children's Palace.
