Tomorrow (September 21), Hanoi inaugurates a children's palace worth over 1,300 billion VND

Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Le Hong Son signed and issued Plan No. 272 on the inauguration and installation of a signboard to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) of the Hanoi Children's Palace.

Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to organize the inauguration ceremony, put up a signboard and put the Hanoi Children's Palace project on Pham Hung Street, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District into use to meet the needs of learning, playing, competing in sports, physical training, and cultural exchange of children in the capital.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to be the standing agency, presiding over all contents related to the inauguration and installation of the Project's sign; presiding over the acceptance work with related units to complete the procedures and hand over the project according to regulations.

The City Police preside over and coordinate with the Nam Tu Liem District Police and related units to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting safety at the area where the inauguration ceremony is held and the project's signboard is posted;

The Department of Transport presides over and coordinates with the People's Committee of Nam Tu Liem district to develop a plan, organize traffic flow, and ensure traffic safety at the inauguration ceremony and sign installation;

The Hanoi People's Committee also assigned the Nam Tu Liem District People's Committee to direct the Department of Culture and Information and the District Health Department to propagate on the information systems of the wards about the inauguration ceremony, put up signs for the project and information about the activities of the Hanoi Children's Palace. Direct the affiliated units to upgrade and beautify the urban landscape around the project.

The Hanoi People's Committee requested that the inauguration ceremony and the installation of the project signboard be solemn, effective, practical, economical and meaningful; Information about the Hanoi Children's Palace be widely disseminated to all classes of people, especially children in the capital and neighboring areas; Ensure close coordination between relevant units and agencies in organizing the event.

The inauguration ceremony, the installation of the plaque and the inauguration of the Hanoi Children's Palace are practical activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital. The inauguration ceremony will be held on September 21, 2024.
