Hoang Gia DL Company was fined 110 million VND for constructing a project that violated the license and drawings; and 130 million VND for constructing a project without a license and approved design.
According to the penalty decision, the People's Committee of Da Lat City requested to stop all construction activities at the Doi Cu Da Lat golf course building. At the same time, the investor must contact the competent authorities to complete the procedures to apply for a license according to regulations.
"In case the competent authority refuses to grant a license or after being granted a license, the entire construction work that violates the license or is inconsistent with the granted license or is in violation must be dismantled," the decision clearly states.

Also according to the penalty decision, within 90 days, if the investor does not complete the construction permit procedures for the two above-mentioned construction blocks, the illegal construction part must be dismantled and the current status must be restored (the area of more than 3,300m2 built in violation of the permit and the entire illegal construction blocking Langbiang mountain).
As informed, inside the Cu Hill Golf Course project in Da Lat there are 2 large construction blocks.
A construction block with an area of 6,120m2 was licensed, but during the construction process, the investor built beyond the area and volume, resulting in more than 3,300m2 of illegal construction.
