Not only shining at WRO 2024, Vietnamese teams also made a strong impression at the Global Robotics Games 2024 in Singapore, with the result that the REX-T team from Alpha School and Vu Cong Te Primary School excellently won the Championship. The remaining teams also made their mark with rankings in the top 10 and top 20, affirming young Vietnamese talents in the international arena. The competition had the participation of more than 700 contestants from 8 countries. Among them, there were many excellent teams such as: Thailand, India, China, UAE, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam. With Vinamilk accompanying the contestants throughout the domestic Robotacon WRO 2024 competition to the international competition, Mr. Nguyen Quang Tri, Marketing Executive Director of Vinamilk, said: "Mastering technology is an indispensable skill for future global citizens. The Global Robotics Games (GRG) and World Robot Olympiad (WRO) are truly unique, creative and very useful playgrounds for young people. Vinamilk always carries the spirit of creativity, progress ("Raising the bar"), "Boldness", "Determination" and "Always be yourself". We see those spirits in the Robotacon teams. Therefore, Vinamilk has accompanied them throughout the journey to conquer the domestic tournament and then bring the spirit and intelligence of the young generation of Vietnam to the world. I am very proud that they have achieved outstanding achievements". Vinamilk and the contestants conquer the world arena WRO 2024, which can be considered the fiercest international STEM robotics arena today, gathering excellent names from all over the world. This year, the competition took place in Turkey with the participation of more than 500 leading representatives from more than 87 countries, in 3 extremely intense days of competition. Vietnam has 14 teams representing the 8-19 age groups.

With the theme “Earth Allies”, this year’s WRO competition brings contestants challenges in applying technology to create solutions to help people live in harmony with the environment; ensuring production and development while preserving the green Earth - which is the sustainable development that the world is aiming for. Right from the National competition, the teams have shown many creative and bold ideas when applying technology in environmental protection activities. Because, the children have access to and learned practical applications from a special “companion” - Vinamilk. In particular, accompanying the young robot talents throughout the competition from Vietnam to the international stage, in addition to providing nutrition, Vinamilk’s story of constant innovation, creativity and progress (“Raising the bar”) also “ignites” the teams. The children visited Vinamilk's largest super milk factory and Vinamilk Green Farm to witness the application of modern technology, robot operation, and automation systems in production and environmental protection. This was also a source of inspiration and creative thinking for the Vietnamese Robotacon "warriors" to come up with ideas for the competition and complete robots to compete in the international arena. Not only competing, the children also gave their friends from other countries special gifts of Vinamilk milk boxes and the proud story of the Vietnamese national brand that has conquered the world. "It is a great pride to win the championship at the 2024 Global Robotics Games International Finals. We would like to thank Ms. Dinh Ha Trang - the coach - who guided us throughout the competition, along with the uncles, aunts, and units who accompanied and inspired us, helping us conquer this challenge. This is the motivation for us to continue to strive in the future!", the REX-T team shared. Still filled with emotion with the results achieved, Hai Phong 16 team said: “We are extremely proud and happy to be named in the Best Robot Presentation category at GRG 2024. This achievement is a great motivation for us to continue studying, practicing and bringing more awards to the country and Hai Phong City”.
