District 1 has reviewed and listed 6 plots of land, recommending to Ho Chi Minh City that if the project is not temporarily implemented, the district should use them as parking lots.
Chairman of District 1 People's Committee Le Duc Thanh said that the locality currently has 14 projects that are slow to implement due to many obstacles. Among them, there are projects under the management of agencies and units of Ho Chi Minh City and some projects have investors.
District 1 has reported to Ho Chi Minh City, departments and branches to urge investors to speed up investment progress of projects to avoid waste.
At the same time, District 1 also reviewed and listed 6 land plots, recommending to Ho Chi Minh City that if the project is not temporarily implemented, the district should use them as parking lots for residents and tourists.
That is the land plot 2-4-6 Hai Ba Trung with an area of 5,290 m2 invested by Sabeco Pearl Investment Joint Stock Company. Currently, the project has not been approved. The land is vacant. The project is awaiting the court's conclusion, due to the violation of illegal land allocation to Sabeco Pearl Investment Joint Stock Company.
