On March 9, Van Hai Commune Youth Union coordinated with Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station (Quynh Luu District, Nghe An) to launch Green Sunday of Youth Month 2025 with the participation of more than 100 youth union members and officers and soldiers of Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station.

Recently, due to the rain and wind, a large amount of waste has accumulated on the beach section passing through Van Hai commune, causing pollution and loss of environmental landscape.

Soldiers, youth union members and students urgently collected and classified garbage to destroy.

Plastic bags of trash buried in sand and soil along the river mouth and coast were also cleaned up.

A large amount of garbage was collected and cleaned up by youth union members, students, officers and soldiers.

After being collected, the garbage will be classified and destroyed, ensuring environmental hygiene and returning a clean and beautiful beach.

Through the program, the youth union members also conveyed the message to local people to join hands to contribute to the environmental landscape; not to litter the natural environment, the coast; and to dispose of trash in the right place for a clean, green and beautiful environment.

At the ceremony, more than 150 youth union members, 9th grade students of Tien Thiet Secondary School and socio-political organizations in the area cleaned up trash and the beach from Cua Lo Border Control Station to Cua Lach Temple.
