Accordingly, Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police, was transferred to the position of Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police.

The new Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department promised to make every effort, promote the spirit of responsibility, efficiency, and solidarity with the collective leadership, officers, and soldiers of Ho Chi Minh City Police Department to excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Colonel Tran Hong Minh was born in 1976, his hometown is Cu Chi district. Before becoming Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Police, he held the position of Deputy Head of Traffic Police Department, Head of District 3 Police, and then was appointed Deputy Director of Tra Vinh Provincial Police.
With the transfer of Colonel Tran Hong Minh, Ho Chi Minh City Police now has 7 Deputy Directors, the remaining people include: Major General Mai Hoang, Major General Tran Duc Tai, Major General Nguyen Thanh Huong, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Duong, Colonel Le Quang Dao.
